I love taking Cara babies. In fact I re-bought will I ever sleep again with my second baby because I remembered it saving us so many mornings ,afternoons and nights. It's not sleep training but a helpful loose schedule. I recommend it to my new mommy girlfriends all the time, in fact even to my clients that are expecting (I'm a hair stylist). I also follow the Instagram I like the post and I find to be helpful in the moment or future. Thanks MJ
