We recently took the toddler sleeping class for our 4 year old. We're expecting a new little one soon and wanted to get our oldest going to sleep without us in the room and to put himself to sleep if he woke up in the middle of the night. This class was a huge help and got our family on the right path again after one week. I always appreciate Cara's classes! She not only gives great advice for sleeping but for parenting in general.
