We had our LO start school/daycare and our world exploded. She is two years old and never had a problem sleeping. All of the sudden she jumped out of her crib and fought sleep for naps and night time. We had to get a toddler bed. She wouldn’t stay in the bed and spent many a night on the floor. We were beside ourselves and much to my amazement Cara came out w the toddler program just when we needed it. The methods worked and we still follow the tools. I emailed with consultants and got fast responses that also helped us. LO took about three nights with each step, but now is sleeping again and back to being happy.
