I always followed Cara from the the time I was in my 3rd trimester with my first in 2019. We were lucky in that she was a great sleeper on her own bit I for sure used so many tips every day of Cara's. When we had our 2nd last year, had the same approach but we all know each baby is so different. I have bought the 3-4 month class, nap class, and abc's of sleep with this one and she has become an even better sleeper than our first! Now that my 1st born is in that really exciting and challenging 3 year age, I was first in line for the toddler sleep class! It had helped so much getting her back on track after switching to a toddler bed! Thank you so much Cara!
