This program has been absolutely amazing and just what my family needed! It truly works and it works FAST! We never sleep trained my son because I was against cry it outmethod and didn’t know any alternatives. He’s four now and still doesn’t sleep through the night well. We knew we had to do something different with my daughter. It’s been about a month since we did the program and I feel like we have our lives back! My 6 month old baby was waking up every hour wanting to nurse. We did this program, but chose the most gentle approach possible (I was in the same room as her and would check on her every 3 minutes until she fell asleep. The first night we started seeing results! By 4am, she was able to put herself back to sleep. She was sleeping through the night by night 6 and would go to sleep without nursing. Now it’s so easy to put her down! This program literally changed our lives and I’m so grateful that we could do it in a way that felt comfortable to us with very minimal crying!
