I was hesitant to purchase the course because I thought I was jumping the gun with trying to find a solution but knew I needed to do something. Our 5 week old would have false start bedtimes and would take 2 hours to put to bed at night. I am SO glad I enrolled in the "Will I Ever Sleep Again" course. I learned so much as a first-time mom and appreciated the very practical and realistic advice. The program is not rigid and I appreciate the flexibility and perspective that the course brings. Our daughter responded really well to the tips and tricks we learned and has become a wonderful sleeper through this gentle approach. I feel as though I've got a good amount of tools in my toolbox for sleep regressions and will be much more prepared for our next baby. Wake Windows, sleepy cues, dream feeds, SIT BACK, and CRIES have all been so helpful to learn about. Cara's blog and additional courses will be my first resource for any sleep related questions moving forward. Highly recommend!
