This is my second time using the TCB courses. First for my first born to establish a flexible day routine and now 4 years later, I’m back taking the newborn class for my 8 week old.
These courses have given me confidence and assurance on how to navigate the early weeks of broken sleep and most importantly- the TCB blog and Instagram account are resources I reference daily for many different topics.
