I’ve taken both the infant and sleep training courses from Cara. Both time I thought we would never get our son to a place where he would sleep through the night independently. Both times, just after a few days, our son was sleeping through the night. She’s helped us through jet lag, international moves and illness. Can’t thank her enough!
