We’ve just finished the newborn class and have loved every minute! Cara explains the what, how and the why in such a calm, caring manner. It’s given us so much confidence in managing sleep with our 5 week old and we can’t wait to see him blossom into an amazing little sleeper. He goes down for naps awake and settles himself, without our help most of the time. Thank you Cara!
