Taking Cara Babies took the guess work out of my daughter's sleep! I found the program when my oldest was three months and really only needed the Navigating 3/4 Months Course (although I purchased the ABC's and Toddler for peace of mind). I just found out I'm pregnant with my second and knowing I'll have Cara's Newborn Course has eased my concerns more than I can say! Thank you for all you do!
