Taking Cara Babies has been such a great experience for our family. As new parents to a baby with colic, the strategies we learned from the newborn class helped us get through some challenging weeks. Now our son is 3 months old and is sleeping through the night! We also love sharing information about his wake windows with his grandparents when they come babysit. That way we’re all on the same page and his routine can be flexible while still getting great naps.
