A friend recommended Taking Cara Babies but I scoffed at paying for information I could "just google." Six weeks of sleepless nights later, I pulled the trigger out of desperation and I'm so glad I did! As a first-time parent, I needed someone to spell things out for me in an easily digestible manner, especially given my sleep deprived zombie state. The sessions were easy to follow and much to my surprise had an immediate positive impact on my baby. It's like he had just been waiting for me to figure this stuff out. I've since gifted my expecting friends this program and can't recommend it enough!
