5/5 this program is so easy to follow, Cara has a way of putting you at ease with the difficulties you are facing. I’m forever grateful for the newborn class as it helped me understand my son and set him up to be a great sleeper. The 5-24 month class helped us to teach him how to fall asleep himself. He has been sleeping through the night since he was 5 months old. These classes are truly worth it.
