Hands down the BEST thing I could have done for myself & my baby as a new mom! It was recommended to me by so many other moms, so I gave it a shot & it did not dissapoint. After implementing & practicing Cara's tips/steps, my baby boy is sleeping independently and through the night. We follow a flexible routine but are still able to "live life". It has been life changing to say the least. I have told every new mama I know about Taking Cara Babies!
