We are so grateful for the sleep training which was exactly what baby and parents needed. Turns out, he loves his own bed in a separate room and took to going to sleep while awake after night one. We didn't have to use pop in's more than once the first night. I think the training changed our attitude that baby was dependent on us for soothing when he is perfectly happy soothing himself. And the gentle pop in's relieved us of our fear of abandoning him to cry it out on his own. Thanks again.
