The newborn class is just amazing. We took it before our first son was born, based on the recommendation of a close friend. We followed everything according to the class and my son has been an amazing sleeper since about 8 weeks old, and even more consistent once beyond 4 months. He is now 26 months old and is a completely independent sleeper, asking for naptime on his own, putting himself to sleep both for naps and for bedtime, and never EVER waking in the middle of the night unless he's sick. We are so thankful to have found this program and have already re-purchased it for our little girl who will be joining us in about 5 weeks :)
