We were given the newborn class as a gift before having our first baby. As first time parents, we wanted to be prepared for everything so we watched the course before being induced and began using some of the tools in the hospital. I believe it set such a great foundation for sleep, and she’s a great sleeper. Our next one started off as a great sleeper, but after a move and a sickness around 6mo, he would only sleep cuddled with mama. After a few weeks of rough nights, we did the ABCs to sleep course and by night 4 he was in his crib for a solid 11 hours!
