I thought my daughter would be the exception and the plan wouldn't work for us. First night 26 mins of crying, second night 6 mins of crying, and third night 20 seconds of crying. Since night three, she has slept 11-12+ hours of uninterrupted sleep. We used to have to rock her to bed each night. This program has seriously changed our lives. Thank you Cara for giving me my life back!
