Five star review. I am so thankful my husband and I used this method to sleep train our seven month old. He was waking up every hour prior to sleep training and it was unsustainable. With Cara’s methods and techniques, we felt guided through the process, and within several days we already saw a huge improvement. Since implementing this, we took a trip overseas with our baby at eight months and the sleep training methods continued to work, allowing for full nights of sleep. Thank you sp much, we will use this method for future children!
