This course really helped me. I felt very 'seen' as I watched the videos. It felt like Cara was right there giving me a hug, saying it was okay, things were going to get better! There was lots of information, no judgement, and I could customize my experience a bit to fit what worked best for my baby. It's pricy, but I feel like it was worth it for the sleep I'm now getting!
