I was at my end of my rope with trying to get our little guy to sleep through the night and when we started the class it was a little rough but after the 14 days, he was sleeping through the night! My son goes down around 7:30-8 pm and doesn’t wake up until 7-7:30 am! I’m 7 months pregnant with baby #2 so now I’m catching up on sleep for me and baby!
