Taking Cara Babies helped give me confidence with becoming a new parents. Since he was 8 weeks old, he’s slept through the night and is now 2.5 years old and an excellent sleeper. This class gave me the tools to know how to start a bedtime routine, help him go back to sleep when he woke up, and pick up on sleep and feeding cues. I recommend this class to every first time mom I know!
