I would highly recommend this course! Truly life changing. Our baby went from waking up every hour from 4 months-7months to sleeping 11-12 hours a night! It gave him the opportunity to learn how to put himself to sleep with very minimal crying and we were there to calm him down/reassure him. Thank you, Cara!
