We have gifted this course to SO MANY of our friends because it saved our bacon when it came to sleep. The flexible routine is so wonderful for our busy lives and for more than one kid. It gave me the confidence to know what my baby truly needed instead of playing the classic guessing game. I will continue to stand by this course, and Cara’s teachings. 10/10.
