I took the taking cara babies newborn course with my first baby in 2018 and it changed everything. I was a new mom with no idea how baby sleep worked. The taking cara babies team was so responsive on instagram, sharing my story on their instagram stories, and even helping me come up with a sleep game plan when I moved across the ocean with a 3 month old. Fast forward and two more babies later, we’ve also taken the ABCs of sleep. Needless to say all three of our kids are wonderful sleepers.
