Taking Cara Babies was beyond worth it! We had Irish twins, 2 babies 11 months apart, and her program allowed us to have 2 great sleepers. We even moved to a different country with a 4 month old and her sleep was amazing throughout the entire process. Cara’s blog and Instagram also gave us tips to get through all of the regressions, travel and holidays. It is my gift at every baby shower and I recommend her to anyone having a baby!
