Absolutely the best thing I did for myself as a new Mom? I took the classes, read Instagram and even used the phone consultants. Now I buy a class as a gift for every baby shower I go to! I recommend it to every new Mom! This was my saving grace when I needed real help. It’s simple, understandable, adjustable, and effective! The things I implemented for my tiny baby have helped her for years now. I couldn’t be more thankful!
