Taking Cara Babies has provided us so much confidence and consistency as parents. We used the 5-24 month class for our first born. He was a naturally good sleeper but by 7 months I knew he didn’t need his one bottle anymore in the night. I just didn’t know how to cut it and help him sleep all the way through.
