As first time parents, the newborn sleep course was a godsend to my husband and me! I buy this course as a baby shower gift to my pregnant friends now because it’s SO valuable. This course was life changing and it made us feel equipped to tackle newborn sleep! We now have a 2 year old who still sleeps between 10-12 hours a night!! Thank you Cara!!
