Our baby boy is 9 months and very strong willed. Before starting sleep training, we were very skeptical and worried it wasn’t going to work. We had tried to sleep train once before when he was 4 months and he cried the entire night long. After 9 months of extremely long nights sleeping in a rocking chair (because that’s the only way he would sleep) my husband and I were drained. We had to do something.
