I love following all of Cara’s baby’s advice on instagram and on her blog! Our first kid was a great sleeper and I was able to apply what she has on her blog to help with sleep and development. Our second kid has been a different story and did not sleep through the night at an early age so finally at 8 months we took the ABCs of sleep course and had a personalized plan of how to help him learn how to sleep and wean off of night feedings. It feels good to go into helping your baby learn a new skill feeling confident with how to do it. I would recommend this class!
