Taking Cara Babies literally changed my life. When we came home from the hospital with our first baby, I had no idea what to expect. Thankfully a friend recomended the "will I ever sleep again?" class. Not only did it teach us what to expect from a newborn, and how to help them sleep- it also gave me the confidence to know that I was caring for my baby in the best way. For a brand new mom, that is invaluable. I love Cara and cannot recomend her classes enough. They WORK, and you will be a better person/parent because of her teachings.
