Taking Cara Babies is a class for anyone. It’s easy to purchase and to navigate. Cara is a wealth of knowledge and doesn’t make you feel like you HAVE to do it a specific way. I took the newborn class and also read all of her free newborn blogs. At 6 weeks my baby stopped waking up from 2-5 am and now at 8 weeks, she sleeps all night. I highly recommend the class.
