I enrolled in the “Conquering Naps” class and it CHANGED OUR LIVES. Our 5 month old was only taking 30 minute, maybe 45 minute naps, and it was wearing us and him down. I knew we needed to make a change and so I started the class materials for naps. The class wasn’t only informative, it was also comforting and constructive. Within just a couple days of making several changes to our routine, our little one was taking 1 hr and 15 mins to 2 hr naps! And he hasn’t looked back! It’s been a huge benefit to him and for us. I don’t know if we could have done it without the class. I am forever grateful!
