We had the newborn class gifted to us by a friend, and I can sincerely say that it saved us! We moved across when our baby was only 3 weeks old, and with all the disruptions and changes that came along with that, we were so grateful to have tips and routines to follow from day to crazy day. He had a fantastic sleep foundation, so by the time we were ready to sleep train (which we also did through Cara’s 5-24 month class) it only took two nights for him to “get it”! At 7 months old he sleeps 11 to 12 hours a night and takes great naps, and I 100% credit that to the knowledge we’ve put into practice from Cara’s classes. This is the real deal and is worth every penny. And it makes us way more confident that we’ll know what to do with our future kids as well! Also worth mentioning - I go to Cara’s blog for advice all the time. I pretty much always can find an answer that I know I can trust. Thank you Cara for being such a blessing to our family and helping parenting be joyous!
