I had my first baby this year and as you probably know, they don’t come home from the hospital with instruction manuals. It’s scary! I took the newborn class and started “practicing” until my daughter was four weeks old (like Cara said to do in the class), and there was a really smooth transition once she was old enough to fully implement at four weeks old. I promise that I am being 100% honest when I say this: my daughter started sleeping through the night at SIX WEEKS!!!! The first time she did it I thought it was just a fluke, maybe she was just really tired? But then she did it again, and again, and again!! I’m so happy I took this class and I can’t wait to take the other courses as she gets older.
