Everything about being a FTM was overwhelming and these resources have been so helpful in providing me simple and useful strategies. Taking Cara Babies became an almost one stop shop for answering questions about sleep and schedules and much much more. I also appreciate the compassionate and non-judgmental approach she takes to her advice. Being a mom is hard enough and she approached everything with so much understanding. I would highly recommend to any first time parents. Even if you cannot afford or choose not to purchase a class, her website is full of so much useful information.
