Our first baby was a great sleeper from day one, so we were not anticipating our second being such a struggle. He was up multiple times a night for the first 5 months. My husband decided we had nothing to lose by giving the class a shot. Within 3 nights, our little guy was sleeping through the night- 11 hours without a peep from the nursery! I cannot recommend Cara's tips and classes enough!!
