Worth the small investment. Didn’t think it would go this smoothly and this fast. By night 3 she was going to sleep , in her own room , on her crib with no fussing. I was worried I’d miss the cuddles I experienced the first year but we’ve found so many other ways to cuddle and I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. This is baby girl #3 and I’m not in my 20s anymore so not sleeping was really getting to me. Thankful for this easy program, and the ability to do whatever I want while she is out for bed btw 7-8 pm for a full 12 hours of sleep.
