I'm so glad I purchased these classes - totally worth it! I took the newborn class before having my baby and, not knowing what to expect, it was great to have some foundation and tips to start with and revisit. As my baby has grown, naps became such a struggle so I came back and got the sleep course bundle for 5-24 months old right before she turned 5 months. Within a couple of weeks, she is taking much better naps and sleeping 10-11 hours at night! These courses just gave me much more confidence in my approach to sleep training so that I was able to stick to a plan, which is now paying off! Also reached out to customer service and they were so friendly and kind.
