Game changer! I found Cara’s course through Instagram when my son was only 3 weeks old and we were feeling a bit hopeless about ever sleeping again. I immediately bought the course and started practicing. By 5 weeks, my son was already starting to know the difference between day and night. He’s now 8 weeks old and on a good night, will go 3.5-just over 4 hours between feeds. Some nights we have set backs with his severe acid reflux and pain, but Cara even has tips for that.
