I strongly feel this program works for babies with a more easygoing temperament. Babies who are more high needs do not conform to this sleep training program. I committed and had to stop due to the cries - my poor baby. I felt guilty for weeks about it. I still do. I believe some babies are just "better sleepers" again, due to their temperament. Its normal infants need our support throughout the night and the expectation Taking Cara Babies sets is frankly unrealistic and makes us feel like our baby is broken or we are doing something wrong. As if we needed to overthink something else as parents. These babies are still waking up through the night they just know their care taker isn't coming so they stop crying out, they have stopped trusting. Per AAP, “Parents might think that their infant is waking up too much during the night and fear that something is wrong,” Dr. Moon said. “But babies by their nature wake up frequently during the night. Although this can be understandably frustrating for parents who are exhausted and losing out on their own sleep, babies have to wake to feed every 2-3 hours, so this is normal and healthy, and should be expected. When parents have questions about their infant’s sleep, they should always ask their pediatrician for guidance.”

I'm sure you're already aware of that information on AAP but have taken advantage of sleep-deprived parents such as myself and for the ones that work with this program, they had babies who were going to sleep "through the night" on their own anyway. It wasn't Taking Cara Babies that taught the infant - it was their temperament. The other large portion of parents this doesn't work for should get their money back. As if babies weren't expensive enough. If you really feel it works for all babies, you should have a money-back guarantee option. But you don't - because you know it's normal infants wake every 2-3 hours.
I haven't received a refund. These questions below aren't letting me not answer. I would love a refund so please do accomodate.
