I would highly recommend Taking Cara Babies for anyone whose baby is struggling with sleep. Our baby was waking up every few hours and it was seemingly getting worse each night. After we applied everything we learned from the course, she was sleeping 11 hour straight and has been doing so consistently for a month now.
