I was really scared to start this journey but Cara’s course gave me the confidence I needed. Before we started our 8 month old boy had been waking up 8-9 times per night and I was exhausted.
Already from the first night he got it. He only woke up 3 times, fell asleep in under 40min, then 15min and didn’t cry at all the last time. I couldn’t believe it! Now 2 months later, he sleeps 11-12h nights and falls asleep on his own, usually in less than 10min. Thank you Cara! You have given us our lives back.
