I first met Cara on Instagram and started practicing her advices since my baby was born. Now my son is 7 months old and since he was 6 he has been sleeping all night thanks to Cara's ABC of Sleep course. I found it very interesting, helpful and focused on my baby's needs. Truly perfect. We are Italians and english is not our first language, but Cara has a simple and very clear way of speaking that is accessible to everyone. I recommend the course wholeheartedly ❤️
