The newborn class helped us learn how to actually soothe our baby & calm him down. I love that Instagram & the blog have so many free resources for us! We are almost 5 months old now & just waiting for the pediatrician to give us the green light to officially sleep train once we gain some weight. We couldn’t be happier with the results we’ve gotten from this course!
