I am on day 13 of sleep training and so far it has been amazing. I was absolutely TERRIFIED to start as I thought I may possibly put my little one under a lot of stress and not be able to follow through. It turns out my 7 month old is a quick learner! I saw improvement after 1 day with minimal pop ins up until now. He is completely weaned off bottles as well. Thank you so much Cara!
