I cannot overstate how game-changing TCB was for our family - not once, but twice! My oldest struggled in the early months and we were quickly able to course-correct thanks to The First 5 Months course. She has been sleeping soundly ever since. My youngest began having sleep troubles around 5 months, waking up multiple times per night and screaming for a bottle, and it somehow took us 5 months to do anything about it.
