Taking Cara Babies is a wonderful resource for all things baby sleep! Anytime I talk to a new parent and the topic of sleep comes up, I ask them if they know about Taking Cara Babies. I love the videos. Cara appears warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I love that the videos are divided into short segments so that they are easy to watch in between child-care tasks.
