Taking Cara Babies was recomended to us from a few friends and I am so glad we took the plunge. Not only did it give me confidence as a new Mom, I finally felt heard and seen. She has a way of connecting with parents that allows you to give yourself grace but also instill confidence. I cannot recommend the sleep program and the newborn bundle enough!
